How to use your PC Unlock Pro
STEP 1:
You MUST boot from USB to utilize PC Unlock Pro. This drive does not work as a “password reset disk” as termed by Windows. A “password reset disk” is not available for sale anywhere because it must be generated by your specific PC BEFORE you need it. If you see the screen below, you must shut down your PC and follow the instructions at our “How to boot from USB” page.
STEP 2:
Once you are booted into the USB, a window will appear with several reliable password reset methods.
Use the one that says “TRY ME FIRST” and follow the onscreen prompts to reset the desired user account.
STEP 3:
Once the password is reset, use the SHUTDOWN icon at the top left of the screen to shutdown the system. Remove the USB from the USB port and boot into Windows. Your password should now be removed. If it isn’t, begin at Step 1 and try again, and then contact us for assistance via Amazon if you still need help.
